Beyond their roles as art enthusiasts, the Horts are proprietors of Earth Enterprises, a prominent printing company. Additionally, they have channeled their dedication to a noble cause through the creation of the Rema Hort Mann Foundation. Established in memory of their daughter, Rema, who tragically succumbed to cancer at the tender age of 30 in 1995, the foundation serves a dual purpose. It extends vital support to families of cancer patients, facilitating travel and accommodations during challenging times. Simultaneously, the foundation fosters the creative spirit by awarding grants to emerging artists, nurturing the next generation of artistic talent.
